01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between phdaily ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Player," "User," or "you") governing your access to and use of the phdaily online gaming platform accessible at phdaily.vip and any associated mobile interfaces, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you irrevocably accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein, which together form the complete agreement between the parties.

phdaily reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where modifications materially affect your rights or obligations, phdaily will provide notice via the Platform or registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Eligibility

Use of the phdaily Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of phdaily or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of applicable gaming laws.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operation.

03. Account Registration

To access real-money games, make deposits, or claim bonuses on phdaily, you must register an account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible persons as defined in Section 2.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as needed to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party access to your phdaily account. phdaily shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

phdaily reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its reasonable discretion, particularly where required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR directives.

04. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), phdaily is required to verify the identity, age, and beneficial ownership of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to the release of bonus funds.

You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, or PRC ID), showing your full legal name and date of birth;
• A recent selfie photograph taken while holding the submitted identification document;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name and number); and
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document showing your Philippine residential address — for withdrawal amounts exceeding ₱50,000.

phdaily will process standard KYC submissions within 30 minutes to 4 hours during operational hours. You may continue to deposit and play during the verification period; withdrawals will be released upon successful verification.

Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days, or provision of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation, will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

05. Deposits & Payments

phdaily accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time; current options are displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdaily does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All wagering and balance display on the Platform is denominated in PHP.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phdaily account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the registered account holder of the payment method used. phdaily is prohibited from accepting deposits from third-party payment sources on behalf of a player.

phdaily does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees that are outside phdaily's control.

06. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your phdaily account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (exclusive of active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements);
• Your account must be in good standing, with no active investigations, holds, or compliance reviews pending;
• The withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no withdrawal fee charged by phdaily on standard requests. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: 5–30 minutes for verified accounts;
• InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 30–60 minutes;
• PESONet: 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may require additional verification and approval, consistent with PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements. phdaily reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawal requests.

07. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

phdaily may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all phdaily bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players with verified phdaily accounts, unless otherwise specified;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each individual offer;
• Attempting to exploit or abuse phdaily promotions — including through multiple account registration, use of bots, or coordination between players to game wagering requirements — constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure;
• phdaily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where evidence of abuse is detected.

08. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phdaily operate according to their respective rules, which are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game prior to wagering.

Electronic games — including all slot titles, RNG table games, bingo, and lottery draws — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of each game event is entirely independent of preceding events. phdaily does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

Live dealer games operate with human dealers and physical gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice). Outcomes are determined by physical randomness. phdaily is not responsible for dealing errors acknowledged and corrected by the live dealer studio operator within standard protocols.

Wagers placed in error (wrong amount, wrong market) are the sole responsibility of the player. phdaily will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of player error except where required by PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents its normal completion, phdaily's liability is limited to refunding the wager amount that was active at the time of the malfunction.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdaily Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one phdaily account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or any other form of payment fraud against phdaily;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or other applicable Philippine law;
• Attempting to collude with other players, dealers, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Allowing an ineligible person — including any person under 21 years of age — to use your phdaily account;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward phdaily staff or other users.

phdaily employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, phdaily may suspend the account, void affected wagers and winnings, withhold pending withdrawals, close the account permanently, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

phdaily is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or as an activity that interferes with your daily responsibilities, relationships, or mental health.

phdaily provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a defined play session duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, during which no new account registrations will be accepted from your details.

phdaily reserves the right to apply account restrictions without player request where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. This is done in the interest of player welfare and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdaily Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "phdaily," logos, interface design, graphics, text, software, game presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phdaily or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use phdaily's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on phdaily content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdaily shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or actions by telecommunications providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Outcomes of games, as all game results are determined by certified RNG or physical randomness outside phdaily's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdaily's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation.

phdaily's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their phdaily account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

phdaily may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, and withhold or forfeit associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Detection of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering activity, or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR requiring restriction or closure of the account;
• Detection that the account holder is under twenty-one (21) years of age.

Where an account is closed for cause attributable to the player's breach, phdaily reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds and bonus balances, consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

You may close your phdaily account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC review.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the phdaily Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the phdaily Platform shall first be submitted to phdaily's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. phdaily will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators. Unresolved matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR's principal offices are located.

15. Amendments to These Terms

phdaily reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where revisions are material — including changes that affect player rights, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — phdaily will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a banner notification on the Platform and, where registered, via email to the address on your account.

Non-material corrections (typographical errors, formatting improvements, clarifications that do not change substantive obligations) may be made without prior notice. All revisions will be dated and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the phdaily Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a revision, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure.
